Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All return requests must be made within the specified warranty period. All returns must include proof of purchase and be made in writing to support@gmcenergyservices.com.

Returns Process

To return an item, please email customer service at support@gmcenergyservices.com or call 876-960-1254, requesting the same. We will arrange to have the product reviewed on location for fixed installations. For other products, they may be mailed or delivered to the below address for assessment.

Refunds

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Exceptions

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items delivered and installed that display no material defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
